Another contributing factor to building faults involves the standards of operation itself. To prevent failures, we have an engineering division that constantly enforces a series of rigid procedures before works can be carried out on site.
This takes form of compulsory shop drawing, material approval, as well as testing, commissioning, and documentation of services installed.
We abide by the age old wisdom to “measure twice, and cut once”, because quality is our signature and our reputation.
Operation and Execution
Clients deserve to get informative and ongoing updates with what is happening at their project sites. We provide project scheduling in the forms of Microsoft Project Management software and the S-Curve methodology.
Apart from that, we make rigourous progress reports which are presented on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This service enables both parties to monitor and control the progress of the project.
